Param Social Foundation Team
As a staff we seek to be a resource for any students interested in developing in their leadership, faith, and character. We get excited about "mobilizing" students. We meet once a week and talk about what it looks like to pursue faith in Institute. We also have leadership studies and small groups that take place in a variety of settings on campus. Leadership studies exist to equip students with the leadership skills to help them excel where they live.

Founder & Director
With 15+ years in social work, Mr.Param leads the foundation’s vision and strategy, focusing on women empowerment and education.
Program Manager
Coordinating skill development and health initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and impactful outcomes.
Community Outreach Lead
He also works closely with local communities, organizing workshops and building relationships to maximize impact.
